Awareness Friday is a weekly invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect — with yourself, your values, and your desires. It's a space where I share insights, stories, and quiet reminders that a different life is possible. A life that feels like yours.
Whether you're in transition, feeling stuck, or simply longing for more alignment, these reflections are seeds. Let them land where they need to.

Maybe it's my Swiss background mixed with being an introvert, but I've always struggled with this.
My imposter voice tells me to follow the rules, be respectful, don't bother anyone - that no one cares what I have to say.
When I share my perspective - that happiness isn't about "when you get/have/be" something but about understanding what happiness actually means to you, that being sensitive is a strength, that "working hard" has nothing to do with working 60 hours a week - I'm sometimes misunderstood.
And since English isn't my first language, taking bold space feels even scarier.
But here's what I've learned: that stomach-tense feeling?
It's not a sign I shouldn't speak up.
It's a sign that what I'm saying matters.
If you feel that tension when you're about to take up space - whether it's cultural conditioning, introversion, language barriers, or just being told to stay small - that discomfort might be your authentic voice trying to break through.
What makes your stomach tense when you think about taking up space?
P.S. Need a quick reset? My birthday-month Clarity Consults are open—just 10 short sessions to turn confusion into action. Hit reply if you want one.
